Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating your RMA.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
